Construction Underway at Magnavale Easton

During 2021, Magnavale announced that they secured the planning and funding to construct a fully automated 101,000 pallet cold storage facility which will run entirely on renewable energy.

The providers of Temperature-Controlled Storage are extremely pleased to announce Magnavale Easton Phase 2 has now broken ground and is progressing rapidly, with a significant amount of the structural steelwork already completed!

The new 101,000 pallet cold store will accompany the existing 44,000 pallet cold storage facility Magnavale acquired in September 2022. Upon completion in Q2 2024, the entire cold facility will have one of the largest capacities in the UK amounting to more than 145,000 pallets.

Magnavale Easton already offers a vast portfolio of added value services and is strategically positioned in a prime location, on the A1 between Grantham and Peterborough. The acquisition and development of the site are completely in line with Magnavale’s mission; to cut costs, risk and complexity in their partner’s cold supply chain.
